This includes initial screening, reviewer selection, reading peer reviews, and writing decision letters. The workload is flexible and can be adjusted based on your availability.

Is there any compensation for editorial service?

Editorial service is voluntary and unpaid, consistent with academic publishing norms. However, editors receive non-monetary benefits including APC discounts for their own publications, official recognition certificates, professional development opportunities, and enhanced academic reputation. The primary compensation is the prestige and career advancement associated with editorial board membership.

Can I resign from the editorial board?

Yes, editors may resign at any time with a one-month notice. We ask that you complete any manuscripts currently under your review before stepping down. Your contributions will be acknowledged, and you will receive a certificate documenting your period of service.

What support is provided to new editors?

New editors receive comprehensive onboarding including access to our Editors Guidelines, training materials, and mentorship from experienced editors. The editorial office is available to answer questions and provide support throughout your service.
