Aims and Scope

 

Journal of Language Research is open access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the study of language, communication, society, and culture. JLR provides a multidisciplinary platform for scholars and researchers to explore the complexities of language and its role in human interaction, education, media, identity, and technology.  
 

JLR welcomes contributions from a broad spectrum of disciplines, including linguistics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, education, philosophy, artificial intelligence, literature, and cognitive science. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, the journal aims to bridge theoretical and applied research, addressing both academic and real-world challenges related to language.
  

JLR publishes original research, theoretical studies, methodological advancements, and critical reviews across diverse areas of language research, including but not limited to:

  • Language Endangerment & Revitalization: Documenting, preserving, and revitalizing indigenous and endangered languages.
