Student Membership

The Student Membership program is designed to empower the future generation of scientists and clinicians. It equips young researchers with essential tools, resources, and exposure within the academic publishing landscape. Key benefits include unlimited manuscript submissions (excluding special issues), providing the flexibility to publish as an author or co-author without submission restrictions. Members also receive a personalized Membership Certificate, recognizing their active participation in scholarly publishing. To apply for the Student Membership, students are required to submit a brief letter of recommendation from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor.
 

Institutional Membership

The Institutional Membership is tailored for academic institutions, research centers, hospitals, and medical schools seeking to simplify the research publication process for their faculty and affiliated professionals. This membership provides centralized publishing access, enabling institutions to support multiple authors under a single account. Members benefit from discounted article processing charges (APCs), including partial or full waivers for a designated number of submissions annually. Additionally, member institutions receive formal recognition through a Certificate of Membership, underscoring their commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and scholarly communication.
 

Corporate/Industry Membership

Tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators, the Corporate/Industry Membership facilitates collaboration with the academic and clinical communities. Members benefit from reduced article processing charges (APCs) for staff-authored publications and research reports, ensuring economical access to peer-reviewed dissemination. Additionally, members receive an official Corporate Membership Certificate, acknowledging their commitment to advancing scientific research and innovation.

Membership Terms & Renewal Information

• Exclusive Membership Services: Members are encouraged to utilize the exclusive services provided within the designated validity period. Please note that any unused entitlements will not be carried forward, unless explicitly stated.
• Early Renewal for Uninterrupted Benefits: To ensure uninterrupted access to all membership benefits, members should renew their membership prior to the expiration date. Early renewal is highly recommended to maintain continuous access to exclusive resources.
• Renewal Fee Waiver: As an incentive for continued membership, the journal offers a 20% waiver on membership renewal fees when the membership is renewed before the expiration of the current agreement. This offer rewards early renewal and ensures ongoing involvement with the journal.
• Late Renewals: Please be advised that renewals submitted after the expiration date will not be eligible for continuation of unused services. To avoid any disruption in membership benefits, timely renewal is essential.
