Membership Benefits & Eligibility

• To qualify for membership benefits such as APC waivers or discounts, the applicant must be listed as an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript.
• Upon successful registration, members receive an official Membership Certificate, recognizing their affiliation and contribution to the journal’s scholarly community.
• Unlimited Manuscript Submissions are permitted throughout the membership year, excluding submissions to special issues.
• For special issue submissions, members are eligible for a 30% discount on the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC).
   

Student Membership

The Student Membership provides support and encouragement to students involved in research projects. Students need to submit a short letter of recommendation from their department head, group leader, or supervisor at the time of application. Upon acceptance, students can publish an unlimited number of papers in any of our esteemed journals during their membership period. This opportunity allows students to gain valuable experience in academic publishing by acting as authors or co-authors of the articles they submit. Additionally, they will receive a membership certificate and benefit from discounts, presenting an exceptional opportunity for students to contribute to the scientific community.
 

Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership is designed to support universities, research institutions, and academic departments in advancing their scholarly publishing initiatives. This membership model enables multiple affiliated authors to publish under a single institutional agreement, promoting a collaborative and cost-effective approach to open-access dissemination. Member institutions are entitled to benefits such as partial or full waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for a specified number of publications annually, reinforcing their commitment to academic excellence and open-access publishing.
 

Corporate/Industry Membership

Companies operating in relevant fields can leverage our publishing house to enhance their brand exposure and foster research collaborations. By partnering with us, corporate entities can showcase their expertise and thought leadership, positioning themselves as industry leaders. How to Apply?

To apply for membership, interested individuals and organizations can select the appropriate membership plan and send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the required details, including full name, institutional affiliation, complete mailing address, and the journal(s) of interest. Researchers are encouraged to include any additional questions or specific requests related to the membership options. Once all required information is received, the membership process will be initiated promptly.
 

In the meantime, we would like to highlight some important points for you to note regarding our membership services:

• Exclusive Membership Services: Please make sure to utilize the exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.
• Membership Renewal: You have the option to extend your membership prior to its expiration, subject to applicable terms and conditions. We encourage early renewal to ensure uninterrupted benefits.
• Renewal Incentive: As an incentive for existing members, we offer a 20% waiver on membership renewal fees when the membership is renewed before the expiration date of the current agreement.
• Late Renewals: Please note that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
