Aims and Scope

Journal of Current Viruses and Treatment Methodologies (JVAT) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access platform dedicated to the dissemination of cutting-edge research on viruses, their pathogenesis, and the development of effective treatment and prevention strategies. We serve as a dynamic forum for researchers, clinicians, public health experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas, report groundbreaking discoveries, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of virology.

Scope & Focus Areas: JVAT welcomes high-quality submissions covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Investigations into the molecular biology, genetics, and epidemiology of viruses.
  • Studies on the mechanisms of viral infection, replication, and host interactions.
  • Research on antiviral drugs, vaccines, and immunotherapies designed to combat viral infections.
  • Development and validation of advanced diagnostic tools and imaging techniques for early detection and monitoring of viral diseases.
  • Implementation of state-of-the-art biomarker and data analytics methods.
  • Population-based studies addressing infection control, vaccination strategies, and public health policies.
  • Research on the socio-economic, environmental, and behavioral determinants of viral transmission and control.
  • Explorations of novel technologies and therapeutic modalities, including anti-infective combinations and cutting-edge immunological approaches.

JVAT encourage submissions that explore the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in virus detection, diagnosis, drug development, and treatment strategies.
