Hebephrenic Schizophrenia

Hebephrenic Schizophrenia is a form of schizophrenia characterized by disorganized and bizarre behavior and thought patterns. This form of schizophrenia typically appears during adolescence and can have severe effects on a person’s daily life. Symptoms of hebephrenic schizophrenia include delusions, auditory hallucinations, disorganized speech, flat affect, and inappropriate behavior. Treatment typically includes antipsychotic medications, psychotherapy, and social support.
